A Georgian silver Pap BoatSOLD
Made in London 1750 by Thomas Jeannes
Pap boats were originally intended for feeding babies and invalids, and thus are of interest to collectors of medial antiques as well as Georgian silver. However, they are often used nowadays as rather stylish ash trays, particularly for cigars! This example is excellent gauge and of lovely quality.
