A Pair Of Regency Georgian Silver Wine Coasters. Bateman. 1821SOLD

This pair of Regency Silver Wine Coasters were made in London by William Bateman in 1821.

They are expertly made, in a excellent regency design (Which was also used by the reknowned Paul Storr), with finely engraved bosses.

The marks on the coasters are rubbed but readable, this was because they were assayed before the wooden bottoms were fitted.

They are in excellent condition and measure 16.5cm wide, 16.5 long and 5cm tall.
