A Post War Silver Tea Set on Tray by Eric ClementsSOLD
his beautiful silver plated tea set is in the "Clements" pattern, and designed by the renowned designer Eric Clements in 1960. It is of wonderful modernist design, very reminiscent of Scandinavian design, of which Clements was a devotee.
The Set, with the exception of the coffee pot and hot water jug which are Mappin & Webb, is all made by Elkington, including the tray.
The set measures 18 inches in length and stands approximately 8 inches (the coffee pot and hot water jug).
The condition of the set is superb, with no damage or repair, and the plate in very good order throughout.
