A Pair of 19th Century Portugese Silver CandlesticksSOLD
This charming pair of Antique silver candlesticks are of typical Portuguese form, and of beautiful style. They were made in Porto, bearing the hallmark for Porto 1840-52, and so where made some time in this period. They also bear an ornate makers mark and assay scrape.
They are of the excellent quality one expects of Portuguese silver of this period.
They each stand 21.5cm and weigh approx 643g in total.
