An American Art Nouveau Silver Bowl by WhitingSOLD

This Magnificent American Sterling silver bowl is by Whiting, and of super quality. The very ornate Art Nouveau silver decoration is in very high relief, and the result of considerable craftsmanship. The silver bowl is heavy, weighing approximately 44oz of Sterling Silver.

It is circa 1910 in date, and stands 6.5 inches tall. It is 12 inches in diameter. The bowl is undoubteldy of excellent quality, and a beautiful example of American Art Nouveau silverware.

Art Nouveau silver of this quality is very rare, and Whiting is a respected maker of fine American silverware. This silver bowl is a beautiful example of decorative Art Nouveau silverware, and would be ideal as a champagne cooler at a party or dinner.
