This beautiful Antique Silver wine taster or tastevin was made in France circa 1850. It is of typical French design, and has an Italian silver coin in the base.

The silver tastevin or wine taster is in excellent condition with no damage or repair. It is fully hallmarked French silver, bearing marks for the mid 19th century, and .800 standard silver.
