A Set of Cartier Sterling Silver combination Menu Holders and Ash TraysSOLD

This is a highly unusual lot! A set of six Cartier Sterling Silver ash trays and place card holders (usually referred to as menu holders). In one side go matches, while the striker is placed in the aperture at the front. The menu or place card goes in the arms behind, and the cigarette rests on the right hand side.

They were made in America circa 1960, by Cartier, and are solid sterling silver.
