A Four Piece Sterling Victorian Silver Tea SetSOLD
This wonderful sterling silver tea set was made by Barnard Brothers in 1858. It is in the Neoclassical style, with overt Grecian and Romanesque influence. It is of extremely fine quality, each piece being engraved with classical motifs. Each piece is heavy and beautifully made.
This antique silver tea set comprises of a sterling silver teapot, a silver hot water jug, a silver cream jug and silver sugar bowl. All pieces are itentically hallmarked English antique silver.
The total weight of this stunning sterling silver tea set is approximately 2.3kg. Each piece is in very good condition with no damage or repair. It has been professionally polished, and is in excellent order.
