A pair of Stuart Devlin Silver SaltsSOLD

This fine pair of Post War silver salts are by the highly regarded late 20th century silversmith Stuart Devlin. They are of elegant modernist design, parcel gilt and with Stuart Devlin's signature gilt bark effect latticework around the sides. They are complete with matching spoons. Although they are the same year and maker one is marked at the top while the other is marked on the side. I presume that this is because they came from a set of four which have been split up.

These Stuart Devlin silver salts are in excellent condition, although one requires polishing professionally, as there is some slight pitting on top. The price quoted is to include this work.

A beautiful example of 20th century design in silver, by Stuart Devlin, one of the greatest names in Post War silver.

Type: Salts
Function: Dining
Maker: Stuart Devlin
