A Silver Plate Flatware Set for 6: Old English Pattern silverware
This Silver Plated Flatware Set was made by Garrards, and has never been used! It is in the Old English Pattern, which dates from the middle of the 18th century, and is without a doubt the most enduring and timeless design ever made in English cutlery.
It is an extensive plated silverware service, meaning that there are entree, fish, main and dessert pieces- a total of nine pieces per person including tea spoons. There are also serving pieces as illustrated.
All pieces in this canteen of silver plated flatware are beautifully engraved with a crest on the handle, and in absolutely immaculate condition. I can only presume they were given as a wedding present, and never used!
This silver plated cutlery set is for six people, meaning there are nine pieces per place setting, and six place settings for a total of 54 eating pieces, and seven serving pieces. 61 pieces in total.
A very fine and extensive service of silver plated silverware for six persons, with serving pieces, in unused condition, and by Garrards- a very well respected and prestigious manufacturer.
