A Georg Jensen Silver Spoon in the Acorn Pattern

This Sterling Silver Acorn Pattern Spoon was made by Georg Jensen. Acorn Pattern is without a doubt Georg Jensen's most successful silver design. It was designed by Johan Rhode in 1916, and has been in regular production ever since. This particular Vintage Acorn Pattern spoon bears the post 1945 mark, and is in superb condition. It is 16.8cm long.

Acorn pattern is highly collected, and if one decides to collect a Georg Jensen canteen then Acorn pattern is most certainly the easiest design to find. This sterling silver soup spoon is a charming example of the Acorn Pattern design, and would also grace any collection of spoons, or designer silver.
