A Victorian Silver Tea SetSOLD
This Victorian Silver Tea Set was made by Barnard Brothers, London 1863. It comprises of four pieces, tea pot, coffee pot, cream jug and sugar bowl. All four pieces are fully and identically hallmarked sterling silver.
This Victorian sterling silver set is in a late Regency style which remained popular in to the Victorian period. The silver tea set is of excellent quality, and very fine design.
All pieces in this fine tea set are in very good condition. They are all crested as illustrated. The crest on the cream jug is somewhat more worn than on the other pieces, most likely because the cream jug has seen more use than the rest of the set.
