A Georg Jensen Cactus Pattern Cheese KnifeSOLD
This fine Silver Cheese Knife was made by Georg Jensen Silver, in Denmark circa 1935. It is in the Cactus Pattern, designed by Gundorph Albertus in 1930. It bears Danish marks for Georg Jensen, 1932-45. The blade is steel, and marked for Georg Jensen on one side, and John Watts of Sheffield on the other- sheffield steel was used by Jensen for their blades for some time in the 1930's and 40's.
