A Georg Jensen Silver Pillbox
This beautiful little pillbox was made by Georg Jensen in Copenhagen, Denmark. It is sterling silver, and bears the design number 79D. It also bears the Georg Jensen mark for silver made after 1945. It has developed a beautiful patina, and has the feel of a well loved but well cared for item.
Please note that in the photograph the item has a tiny ding in the base, which I have subsequently had professionally removed. The item is now in perfect condition. It measures 4cm in diameter.
