An Art Nouveau Trophy CupSOLD

This 3 handled trophy cup/wine cooler, bearing the engraving 'Britannia Stakes' was made by Skinner & Co with marks for London and dated 1904.

It is beautifully hand planished, also on the rim which is unusual, with bifrocated foliate style terminals. Although it is a Trophy it would be more commonly used as a Wine Cooler nowadays.

It is in excellent condition, with no damage or repair. It weighs 500g while measuring 25cm to the lip and 26cm tall.
