A "Madeira" Georgian Old Sheffield Plate Wine Label/ Bottle Ticket

This pretty little Old Sheffield Plate wine label is for "Madeira" and was made circa 1780. It is in excellent condition with slight plate loss. I believe the chain to be a later replacement. It measures a fraction over 4.5cm length.
